Is 12 euro for a kilo of diced shoulder of lamb very expensive? I bought some in the local butcher and feel a little ripped off....opinions?

Sadly, lamb is that price everywhere at the moment.

Most loin lamb chops are €20 a kilo.

My local butcher sells gigot lamb chops at €14 kilo, and they are boneless
and very well trimmed of fat, and that is the best value I have seen.
