    hes using an FTP client. It looks like this one is filezilla, which is free

    Yeah looks like Filezilla.

    What you want is called an FTP client. Filezilla is a very popular one. If you use Mozilla Firefox, you can get FireFTP, which is an addon for Firefox.

    If you're using Firefox it has an Addon FTP client called FireFTP, handy.
