Harassing texts

My friend is getting harassing text messages from an 087 number. Does anyone know how to trace a mobile no? Or what should she do? I tried the voicemail hack trick but he changed his password from 0000. Any advice is appreciated

report it to your operator and the gardai if you don't want to call the person and confront them.
depending on your phone you can also download apps to block certain numbers.

Use vodafone safteynet to block the number:> http://www.vodafone.ie/vlive/safetynet/mobilemanager/

Other way is to go to the guards. Hope she gets it sorted
