She needs Microsoft Office. €50-120 if she's a student (even free if her college is part of Microsoft's E-Academy program), €190-600 if she's not

there is a powerpoint viewer that you can download from M$ for free, if she only needs to view them

And failing that you could download Open Office and see if Impress will save as Power Point
