    I'd also be fairly shaky about leaving anything in her hands if I was her employer. She's obviously new enough to the payroll wherever she works, I'd say tonights show highlighted some things her interview might have missed!

    She always looks like something heavy is hanging off the back of her head causing her to stare upwards when she's speaking (edit: trying to speak). She's still doing that tonight.
