Black Ops IRL Clan

So the release of Black Ops is just days away and I think this game is going to be so popular, it will need its own thread.

Maybe IRL clan members who are buying the game on the 9th can let us know here so we can get a list going for new members to add their Gamertags.

For those who are getting the game on release, what weapons do you think you will be spending your hard earned CP on?

One of the things I like about this game is the customization you can do. One thing I would like to see is one of the more artistic clan members doing a IRL clan tag for our weapons.

Here is a example of what am talking about.

will this game have tanks or actual piloted vehics ? if not then no .. maybe rent and try .. hell i haven't even been arsed to buy BFBC2 :pac:

I believe that one of the care packages is that you get to sit on the side of a chopper with a "GET ZUM!" machine gun and another perk is that you'll get to fly a chopper... other than that, you're on you own two feet and doing the donkey work yourself!

Im buying a cool medal which comes with a free copy of the game. Might give the game a go. But the medal is obviously where its at!:D
Have high hopes for this actually. Looks good in the previews.

Who is up for a Clan wager match on Wednesday night? We can start off small with lets say, 100 CP on "One in the chamber" mode ?

Although, from what I've seen, they've toned down the parts I hated about MW2. Plus it comes with "bare bones" on all game modes, which means we can remove any of the perks and killstreaks that we don't like.

As far as I can gather, we'll be able to customize games to our liking, right down to the weapons, maps and also keep it private if we have enough clan members playing it.

Colin told me a few days ago that he'll probably get it after testing out raze's copy first so it may not be a day 1 purchase for him

In the news today a Galway man was arrested for shoplifting in Gamestop. When interviewed by Gardai the culprit claimed he stole the copy of the newly released Call Of Duty Black Ops because he couldnt stand getting invites to play the game from people on his friends list, when he had not got a copy of the game. He was granted bail but decided not to pay it as it was too expensive. The case continues.....
