[Three]Should Upload be higher than Download?

Hi everyone, iam on 3 mobile BB and iam using a Dovado UMR as a wireless router, is it normal to have the Upload(avg 1.3meg) speed to be almost the same as the Download(avg 1.5 meg) ? I always thought download speed are higher than upload. Can someone enlighten me on this matter?

i had the same when with three. the download drops as more people use the service so it is usual enough

Better upload them photos to PhotoBox quick then , thanks for clearing that up for me foggy

always, downloads is higher than uploads.
