@los: No, went as zombie soldier with political dimension, the "Don't ask Don't tell" policy in the american army on which openly LGB soldiers can be fired...and I wanted to do something with my army trousers. So spontaneously went with friends to the George/Dragon and got loads of immoral offers :pac: (which I didn't accept but it DOES boost your confidence...)

@tar: thank you for this video with the kitties, must have been the cutest and funniest thing I have seen for a while :pac: Also the woman marrying her stepson's best mate is very...errrm...individualistic?

    Happy Birthday Absurdum!!

    How are you all keeping?
I had surgery yesterday, so I'm very sore! I've been diagnosed, which is brilliant, but I'll have the condition for the rest of my life. It's all good though!

I'm on bed rest for the weekend and I've to take it really easy for this week. I'm not allowed to lift anything for a few weeks! I've an incision in my belly button and on my right hip. It's sore but I'm taking really strong morphine based painkillers oxynorm, diphene and paracetemol. Very drugged up haha!!

I'm really bored...any one have any suggestions I can do from my laptop?
    xx

PS: It's my 21st next week! Are any of you able to come?xx
The best thing is that you finally, after aaaaages, now have a final diagnosis and can work from that to a full life :)

I dont really have suggestions for boredom on a laptop sorry. And Nov 5th always looked bad for me, I know I'll never be able to go now as I've a college thing that week:( I'll thank you again for the invite, and hope that it's an amazing night!

    Emm hello.

I barely remember typing that but there was something I wanted to say and then somehow I ended up not saying it and I can't remember it anymore. >_< Apparently I drink ****loads more if I'm not paying for anything. I guess being broke isn't that bad. I didn't even pay for my own ticket in :)
    Hello :)

At least you got something typed up eh, and prob wont remember what you were gonna say anyway heh. Everyone loves free stuff, especially nice alcohol:D

It can have its advantages sometimes, very limited times though.

Sounds like you had a good night then! Zombie soldier sounds like a good costume, appropriate to the season heh. Whenever one gets offers, it's ALWAYS a confidence booster, even people who are in a relationship would get a boost.

That song, I've heard it before somewhere but I'm not sure.

News about me for the week: college was ok, I felt sick some but now ok I guess. Had lots of laughs, and now it's the weekend so I go out tomorrow night dressed in my costume. It's almost finished being stiched up, so final design goes on it tomorrow.

No college next Monday, the massive student march on Wed so only spend like 2 hours in Carlow then back here to go mad, and no college Friday woohoo!

Quick edit: forgot to day I am completely shaving my facial hair for Halloween, it will grow back soon ok!

Meh =/ *hugs* Darren feeling sick just doesn't sound right. Please try to get some rest and look after yourself.

Meh, I miss that bank holiday last Monday... Oh and we should definitely meet up for that march thing! I've lectures but no one will actually go because it's not like we have to travel to the place or anything. So march>lectures.

And Mr Granddad, I must remind you that you are required to regrow your beard as per the job's (imaginary) contract. Otherwise you will be liable for punishment. (of some sort >_> ) Thank you for your understanding.

I remember said contract, imaginary or not...beard will be gone for around a week I think.

I've been helping out in my college with getting people to attend. As students in Dublin, we need to get out in force, as we are closest. Hundreds of students from around the country are making four and five hour journeys down to Dublin to the march, we have a half hour to an hour! We need to pick up the numbers!

I'm going to get up and go down the town for a walk with my dad today. I went down to the doctors yesterday so I got some air but I want to go out and get a bit more!

Last night was very good :D A good turnout and some amazing costumes to be seen in the bar and around town. Having people stop me to take photos with me, others shouting "Hey Towelie, wanna get high?" along the way, and people laughing at the simplicity and awesomeness of the costume...which most thought I had bought and not made from scratch :D

Drinking caipirinhas mostly, and at the end of the night just went to sleep in a friend's king size bed :)

Didn't do much for Halloween this year. Drove around Dublin taking a few photos of bonfires. Most impressive of which was Sheriff St. Massive bonfire at the end of the road, then on either side of the street gangs of lads throwing bangers and shooting fireworks across the road at each other. I only stayed a few mins, took a few shots and then legged it when some bangers started falling near my feet :pac:
