Surely if your 100% sure you could scrape together more than €500. Sure seeing as it's a sure thing, borrowing a few grand off a loan shark for 35 hours or so is no risk.

If my maths are correct you can't actually be 100% certain that 18 will appear at least once in the draw.

It's more like 14.576% certainty that 18 will appear at least once.
