The song's been in a million ads before. At least it's recognisable. The Shins's New Slang has been in quite a few (including Guinness) and it seems like nearly no one remembers (not including people that actually listen to The Shins).

Yay! Kitkat the Red got a trophy ^^ Well done.

    School playground had rats?!

Can't be bothered with proper quoting and it's hard to do considering that I only have one usable hand here. Bailey's sleeping on my arm.
It's annoying how incredibly hard it is to take pictures of him! He won't stop running around, and because of his blackness, if he's sitting still/asleep I need a proper digital camera because my phone and my webcam will only give me a cat-shaped black mass. When I've a proper camera he just won't stop moving so instead I get a black blur....

Yeah a match, outdoors was made for that sort of thing...then again, being a CS:S player myself I need to say "you wouldnt understand these things":pac:

    Gotta practice somehow!

Oh I never mentioned other counties :p

The cat "reefed" ya? now that's proper northsider speak there!;) Who's the Dub now eh? :pac:

Thanks for that, I sort of needed a night out and a trophy for being awesome! Get to go out again tonight lol:D

    choooooon :D

ah who am I kidding, you'd probably be running on the spot whilst watching the CSS matches :pac:

oh the cow poo in wexford is in a league of its own isit!

I'll be staying in with xfactor and college work, I wouldn't mind if it was minus moody housemates :/

    awwww
kittys always get their way too, amazing the way one little cat will force you to sleep on the edge of the bed but there's an unwritten rule that you just can't move them.

Oh I know that song (went and looked it up first to be sure) but yeah should be in lots of ads!

I did, Kitkat The Red? sounds very much Viking based...I like :D Thanks:)

Prob did...or just huge field mice somehow moved into town, disguised themselves as rats to get food :p

Bailey still going strong? good to hear it :) Upon reading that, I instantly thought of this:

Awesome choon aye! Metalcore is not that bad eh:)

It's practice to defuse the bomb, you know that by now!

Wexford is its own special place:p I've been lucky to avoid Meath pats so far...

Sounds like a sucky night, especially the x-factor part:pac: You probably deserve a night out too ya know...away from the housemates and having the craic!

Unwritten rule: never move a sleeping kitty, even if you need to answer the phone, answer the door, go to toilet, get food...they supercede all other decisions:)

heehee that kitty is using the stairs as monkey bars :D

    I likes it anyway

I may just record xfactor and watch it later when I can fast forward through all the crap that wrecks my head about it.
I've a lot on this week though, big part of my project due in for the 1st, I'd love to catch some of the halloween stuff in the cinema though.
Hope them lot calm down, they wouldn't even say hello when I opened the door earlier :/

some people have very misdirected talents

    Welcome Tarini :)
Your name makes me think of a mini Tar *shudders* :P

I don't blame you looking for a veggie housemate! I just had a big falling out with my housemates over rats and mice that are out the back (not in the house), they booked an exterminator without talking to me and now want me to pay too
ughh down with these kind of people.

What the heck!!! Erm I think it's a natural habitat for mice and rats to live outdoors, thanks for the welcome! I'm still trying to get the hang of this site

You're missing a [/quote] tag after my text!

Ye they're there all the time anyway whether people see them or not. And they were only coming in from next door coz there were bags of rubbish being left outside the back door.
I can't imagine their reaction if they were in the house, they'd probably try to gas the lot of us!
Stick around, don't forget to pop into the chat thread if you feel like it!

Grrr Ill get the hang of it yet :P Fortunately I never had a rodent problem in my house because I have a Yorkshire terrier in the garden and these dogs are bred ratters... but if I knew I had mice in the garden, I would erm just keep the back door locked, why are they making such a big deal

do you not just press the button with the "+" on it and press reply!
umm one of them really freaks out about mice/rats which I could accept but they really just showed their true colours lashing out at me about the whole thing. I think the mice would be better company tbh :pac:

Hi, I'm Lauren. I'm 22 and I've been a vegetarian about 5 years now. I'm new to the forum, had a boards account for a while now but only recently started using it. Not sure what other information to give really.

Photo below was taken by my little sister who is hoping to study photography although its about a year out of date and I now have a fringe.

Hi, my name is Bailey and I'm nearly 11 weeks old. I like to play and ruin people's expensive iPod earphones. My favourite hobby is walking all over people's keyboards. They just feel funny under my paws :)

Sorry for the bad pic but I think I'm not all that photogenic. Also my slave there is wearing a coat because the heating at home broke and it's freezing!

    Photoon2010-10-24at00013.jpg

PS: I actually think a carnivorous diet is better for you. How do vegetarians survive?! I don't get it.

PS2: My slave made me do this, I swear!

    'my name is Bailey'

    /scroll scroll scroll for pic

    OMG excited '_'

    the cwute!
blacks kittehs are my favourite too :D

Sorry for the crappy phone/webcam pics.

I like it at the moment, I usually get sick of it after a while, I didn't even watch it today.

nawwww I love your kitty, they're such nice company, I want one now :(

Do we actually look at all alike or is it the whole name, age, hair style thing.

I teach drama and am attempting to be an actor. :)

She already has a twin I think, so I think you're now triplets :p

You should get a kitty! And make the puppy be friends with the kitty...Though apparently in those cases the dog ends up being the cat's slave

drama and acting doesn't sound like me, case closed :pac:

naw it would probably grow up to be the most sheltered dependent cat ever, I just couldn't do that to a kitty :pac:

even if the dog is there first?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16 laurencmc

Thanks. I quite like it and I usually hate photos of myself. Getting her to do another photo shoot soon. If you want to check out her other photos her page is http://taabii.deviantart.com/

Thank you for all the welcomes. What do the rest of you do?

If the dog's a puppy, yeah, that's what tends to happen. Or they could just be friends.

What's wrong with a sheltered dependent cat? It could just be an indoor cat.

I will, I love looking at photos!

I do physics with astronomy myself, I actually hate saying that so much!

ah I kid, having a cat here is not an option I think.

a whole bunch of cats in my nanas house used to sleep on top of the alsation

Why? I'd say astronomy is very interesting. When I was younger my dad brought me to a few of those Astronomy Ireland nights in Wicklow.

Engineering is very broad, no? What do you want to go into?

Back to the sisters photos, yeah she's stupidly talented. She's always looking for work though so if anyone wants photos taken for a fancy party or even to get a nice shoot done of a group of friends or family I'd say she'd be able to give you very good rates.

Hey lad(ie)s. I've been lurking here for a bit so I thought I should say hi.

    welcome!
. I went vegan about a month or so ago having been vegetarian for about a week, so I'm very new to the whole lifestyle.

so you really went for it cold turkey! [eh so to speak!] That's quite a rapid changeover from meatarian to herbivore, you'll need to mind yourself with the pulses :pac: and yes, sweet rasmus is the vegan guru :D
