do u need planning permission for a 3 bay slatted house it will be away up from the road and will have no houses any were near it

afaik yes you would need planning but if it was unseeable from the road you could chance your arm i suppose

You may need planning. Just because it can't be seen from the road, doesn't mean that you don't need planning.
