Cull Cows

Just wondering how cull cows are going, got three well fed whiteheads to sell in the next few weeks, normally I'd send them straght to the factory but wondering if the mart would be a better option. Two of them are old enough and one is a 3rd calver.

Cull cows are down at least €100 per head in the last 6 weeks. I sent 2 to the factory last week and wasn't at all impressed. I thought I would have done a lot better with them in the mart based on prices that I had seen on newspapers in recent weeks. But they are down in price.
