    Yes

    smile :)

when you smile you release a chemical into your body, an endorphin, Im not a medical man, but I understand it has the properties of relieving pain and making us feel good. Ever got a fit of the giggles and dont know why you cant stop? its cos it keeps on releasing them the more your face crinkles into a smile.

The benficial bit is the fact that this happens regardless of whether you do a real smile because you are happy or find something amusing etc or whether you fake the smile, the chemical is released and will make you feel better/happier

so there is some truth in the old adages

    laughter is the best medicine
put a brave face on thing

Ive got through many tough days and found things much easier to cope with, by recognising that I was in a sad or bad mood and deciding that I wanted to be happier, faked a smile at first, forced it even and it went on to cheer me up

    hope this helps :D

This helps loads, I was taught how to do a half smile, try it, I find that it starts at my lips and travels up my face, maybe it releases endorphins what do you think?:)

I bet thats what its doing, Ive always gone for the cheesy grin smile when I wanted to cheer up, maybe overkill, the other thing is that smiling is contagious, so if you smile into a mirror it increases the impact apparently and if you smile at others, they smile at you and have an impact upon you

    go ahead

    give it a go

Im sure we can have the world a truly sickening place to be in no time :D :pac:

Smiling doesn't make me happy. Im constantly pouting, unless I see something dreadful, and then its a belly laugh.
Smiling makes me paranoid and I hate overly happy people. There is clearly something wrong with them.

Margarite - My bedroom is a baby pink and french lace colour on ceiling/skirting ect. Again, white annoys me. Too pure.

    And Spit. Always spit.

A line of a song youre singing in your head a lot?

    image_1.jpg

What do you think of the dog I'm getting?
Obviously not getting THAT particular dog, but am getting a male thats the same breed.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 16,647 ✭✭✭✭Fago!

I thought you weren't getting a new one?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 31,967 ✭✭✭✭Sarky

It has a massive cock. I'm sure it'll keep you satisfied for a long time.

Is Sarky gonna have to choke a bitch?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 16,647 ✭✭✭✭Fago!

Does sarky usually question his plans?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,424 ✭✭✭Storminateacup

I wasn't goin to Fago, but I'm so out of sorts. Never was without a dog in my entire life. He'll obviously always be my boy, my homie, but sh*t, I'm so lonely. I don't trust people, I hate them. Dogs are the only ones that won't let you down.
Besides, I've started comfort eating too and that's gonna end in tears. 4lbs up. Not as much exercise and I pig out when I'm upset about somethin.

Get a look at him though isn't he beautiful? I'm going to call him Amelia. I don't care that it's a girls name.

    Question:
can I lick the 2nd (after this) posters face?

Why do not trust people, I m sorry if I upset you and really did not do it intentionality, I find it hard to trust some people, I always get a vibe, I have being wrong, once or twice but usually get it right, and from you I m getting a nice person, who loves dogs and would love to be with people who you can trust and go out and enjoy yourself. I m looking for the same not easily found. If anyone has any suggestions (real ones please) :)
