Keep in mind that any time Dreddy or Hound tried to type "€" in the IRC channel it showed up as a box: here it seems to display correctly.

Can't remember what I did yesterday half the time but I bloody remember that from a decade ago.

Best excuse! My SRK's were apparently slower because of my costume. So use Akuma's Alt 2 for the lag cheat.

It was just an educated guess,
usually when games need to render a lot more than required [deadrising 2, or moments in gta4] you can notice a slow down. Obviously there is enough processing power to render a silly model in ssf4.
With that said, only inputs are sent between players, no other data really. But perhaps i thought because i had not downloaded the costume, maybe it was triggering [sending extra one or two data] to set that costume to 'on' for me.

There was evidant slow down, which went completley when he changed to normal costume. [side point: And he lost consecutively ]
So em thanks for posting that ryan, i assume sitting at home your whole life has given you a bright insight on gaming and network algorithms.

I did lose 2 games in a row after I changed which was funny but it was purely down to bad play. Nothing to do with a costume change lol.
