How would I create this in Photoshop?

    Hi there,

    I'm just looking for a bit of advice. I'm trying to create a swoosh style effect in Photoshop and am looking for a bit of help. Please see the attached image. If anyone can point me in the direction of a tutorial of if you have instructions that would be great.

    Draw an ellipse with the marquee tool.

    Edit > stroke 3px

    Then rotate -20 degrees.
