IAX2 Provider on Eircom Lines that offers free calls to 1800 numbers?

I'm looking to find an IAX2 provider that breaks out onto the Eircom PSTN and also offer free calls to Irish 1800 xxx xxx number ? I know I asking alot, so if anybody know a provider that does at least one of these it would help.

Blueface do IAX2 and calls to 1800 are free.
