garmin 250 problems aargh!

with all the new roads and bypasses, my satnav of 2 years is seriously out of date.
ive tried to follow the instructions on how to update the maps through the website, but ive lost the cd somewhere along the way.
has anyone got any advice on how to get a new cd or get around the issue?
the serial number of the sat nav is registered to me on the garmin website, so thats about as far as ive got!

also ive lost the windscreen mount - I havent seen any replacements in currys, pc world, etc. they are available on ebay but id prefer to go into a shop and see it fit my satnav before i make a purchase.

i lost the suction mount myself and i bought it here

if you mean that you lost also the plastic cover that covers the sat nav, not really sure about where to get that

i had the same probs with the maps, long story short i ended up goin trough a not so legitimate way of upgrading them by placing them on a sd card

Thanks for that link for the suction mount. Lost my own ages ago, thats for nothing!
