Was sort of forced into watching Battlestar Galactica over the weekend. Not being a fan of sci fi I was naturally apprehensive about it, but it was decent. The doctor is a pretty cool guy.

I'm two episodes into Breaking Bad, superb stuff. The first five minutes had me hooked; one of the craziest-looking scenes ever. Also, Bryan Cranston is a fantastic actor.

Watched most of Boardwalk Empire until my net crashed. It's set in Prohibition-era America, starring Steve Buscemi, written by The Sopranos writer, its pilot directed by Scorsese. Righteous.

I know right? :P Like, there's so many things people say and while I was watching Anchorman, I just kept going "OH RIGHT! THAT'S where that's from" >_<

Finally moved on to series 2 of True Blood (a few weeks after buying it on DVD)

5 episodes in so far; it's gotten weirder and better. :)
How frickin' cool (and evil) is MaryAnn?
Can't wait to see how it ends and then get stuck into season 3.

Watched Shaun of the Dead last night, such a good movie. Absolutely loved it and was barely freaked out at all, just at the end where there were loads of zombies. Yeah, I scare really easy, I never thought I would be able to last through that movie

    True Blood <3

I'm about half way through season two and it's F*cking awesome.I'm not a huge fan of the whole vampire romance thing, but they balanced it out quite well with the horror aspect, not like F*cking twilight.

Also, is it just me or are a few episodes in season 1 effectively porn? with almost no storyline, just sex scenes

Watching the first episode of The Big Bang Theory! :D It's been too long.

20 minutes into Jesus Camp at the moment.
It's a documentary on children in evangelical christian groups.

I'm not sure whether to laugh, rage or cry.

Saw The Other Guys. I wish I'd seen Another Guy's film to be honest! It was funny, but not Step Brothers funny. Not enough quotage for my liking.

There were also an abundance of caravan-spawn in the cinema, getting up, sitting down, talking phone calls, throwing pop-corn- when I get my license to kill back, woaho....

    I'm watching Stepmom.

I think I've seen it a billion times, it's always on TV.

    Still epic though!

The girl who leapt through time.

What an awesome film, and I say that as someone who's hated most of the anime I've watched (Akira in particular was nothing more than a violent butchering of the medium of film, the manga wasn't much better >.>).

    Trekkies!

Best documentary ever. But no-one I mention it to has ever seen it, and it just makes people think I'm a massive Star Trek nerd.
