The Top 10 Most Difficult Jobs in Ireland, in reverse order, are:

    10. Construction Worker
    9. Courier
    8. ESB Linesman
    7. The Emergency Services
    6. Stay-at-home Mum
    5. Chicken Processing Plant Worker
    4. Customer Service Agent
    3. Farmer
    2. A & E Nurse

Beauty therapists have the worst job in my opinion, having to do a back, sack and crack wax on a bloke is my idea of pure hell.

Has anyone ever been to one of these places before?... It's sheer terror. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Should be number one on the list.

I'd rather be out deep sea fishing than sitting in a jacks for 6 hours doling out aftershave and lollipops for tips.

Is it really that these jobs are difficult or just that you have a fair share of useless people doing them in the first place?

Ah I'm sorry but I work as a Customer support agent and it's a breeze compared to working in a nightclub as a barman - now that's a shíte job - crap hours, useless pay and nothing but abuse from drunks who've had to wait more than 5mins for a drink...ughh thank god I got outa that game!!

How in the name of god is being a stay-at-home Mum more difficult than the emergency services? If your child was possessed by Satan, then maybe, but I'd always assume someone who can easily die as a result of their job would be worse off than just being a parent.

Irelands most difficult job has to be Sean FitzPatricks postman.

Resisting the urge to post a juicy turd through his letterbox in the morning must
    be incredibly hard!

A midmorning show listened to by thousands of stay at home mums voted stay at home mums to be the hardest job. Shocking.

Why do Nurses get so much more credit than Doctors?

Lmao at stay at home moms making it in the top 100.

People in driving jobs are probably the biggest percentage listeners of daytime radio.

People assume Doctors are more important and work harder - they don't clean up the shít, vomit, deal with families after being given bad news, wash dead bodies before they're moved to the morgue etc. Doctor do tough work and have alot of it to do but Nurses are so underappreciated for the tough job they do it's sick!

thats ridiculous... sitting on yer backside, getting paid over the odds, taking phonecalls and all with the ability to hang up whenever you don't like where the call is going.

I used to work as a CSA for 2 and a half years for a large gambling company, and i moved on from it. Easiest job I ever had. Without a shadow of a doubt in my mind.

I've come out of college from working part time bar and club work and it's so much easier it's ridiculous - what you move onto afterwards you mind me asking...don't wanna be doing this forever!
