Bank Savings Guarantee

I know the banks guarantee €100k in Irish banks. Take the hypothetical situation where I have €200k

... I have €100k with BoI and €100k with AIB.

Are both accounts covered by the guarantee scheme?

Thanks Jimmy and Scarab ... I better run to the bank and take out €100k and transfer it into another bank:pac::pac:

You are also covered for your 200k in one bank until the end of the year under the ELG Scheme, just make sure you transfer before then.
