Hi. Has anybody used this dental practise based at <snip>. They are doing a single implant for €1200 but i can't find any reviews of them online although their website looks decent enough.

€1200 seems very cheap for a dental Implant so i'm hoping somebody might be able to give me some info about these guys (good or bad) before i book an appointment (i need an implant).

Thanks in advance for any info.

No clinic or dentist names allowed in this forum. Please read the charter.

Thanks for your help Big G . Have you no cop on. I can't get an opinion on the place if you remove the name of the dentist but i'll try again anyway.

Let me re-word the question. Has anybody been to the """"mod edit no names or addresses"""" and had an implant done. Thanks.

Stu, you cannot name or identify dental clinics, for all we know your a shill for them, also some clinics dont want their names on boards. These are the rules on this forum. Say somebody say their rubbish, that liable and I get into trouble. So you cant get a honest answer either. Aslo I dont like your tone with the forum moderator so I am giving you and infraction.

1200 for a dental implant is too cheap (although I would say once the extras are added?). I would advise caution. You only get one chance to do dental implants correctly, the cheapest jobs is rarely the best one.

Have you no cop on Stu? You get the idea that we don't want people asking for other people's opinions about clinics because there is no way we can verify them, positive or negative.

    Thanks for your patience.

Even if i was a shill, so what. Everybody has an opinion about the dentists they've been too but you are preventing free speech by blocking peoples attempts to talk about their experiences at a particular dentist.

The best thing for you MODS to do is close down the "Dental Forum" completely. There is no point is anybody asking for reccomendations of a good dentist or views on a particular dentist anymore. It's censorship gone mad in my opinion.

Seriously, some Mods on Boards have lost the plot. I asked a perfectly reasonable question and now i can't get any advice and have to take my chances. Absolutely ridiculous .

Stu the PM I sent you was before I read this last post.

The rule are there for a reason, they have developed over the years on this forum and they work pretty well. Naming specific clinics, or dentists causes more trouble than its worth and that why we dont allow it. Try the region specific forums. Now please leave this alone, we are not changing the forum charter to suit you. Your post are not going to get you anything except a ban if you continue. This is your final warning.

BTW you can ask for a good dentist in an area and people will PM you. Thats how most people seem to do it without throwing their toys out of the pram. It matters a great deal if your a shill, shills pretend to be patients in order to give FALSE reccomendations or ask questions in order to generate self serving answers. If you want a shill opinion just go to the company website.

Stu thanks for the abusive PM. Banned for 1 week.

The new dispute resolution rules suggest I should place the PM's for all to see seeing as they have lead to a ban. Stu thank for you last PM. I am extending your ban to a perma ban as per your request. BTW I dont disagree with you, I just cant understand why you cant rephrase your question so as to be within the forum rules? We dont allow posters to identify dentists or clinics. I am perplexed by this one, most posters who havent read the charter accept the edit.

<snip>Whoops, made a little error there, pms removed at request of Zaph, admin.
The reason you dont see the heated debates Stu is because its moderated.
