Ah **** them, got this for 70 blips about 3 weeks ago.

My own view; it's decent for the money. It's a touch wobbly but the weights that come with it are decent though you'd do well to get your own [heavier] bar for it. The leg extensions at the front are much unless you're a midget too.

Overall; if you just want a bench for basic work then this is a snip at 50 euro.

Is there weights with it? I had my own weights / dumbell (got these in Argos last year for €38).. I just thought it was a bench. I haven't assembled it, or even opened it yet.

That's fine with me.. that's all it'll be used for - working on my upper body while the C25K program takes care of the rest.

I bought one of these last year. Not great. Maybe it was my size but it was very unstable. Build quality was poor I thought also

    Not set up yet!

Had a 20 minute run on C25K yesterday so was pretty drained..

.. will set it up hopefully tonight.

Had this one a while back. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone taller than 6 foot.
The leg extension yoke is useless and uncomfortable.
Also, the height adjustment thing is a joke cause if you put it at any other height then flat you can't put the bar back down cause your head or chest will be in the way. Can't do dumbbell work on the arms cause the side things are in the way. And when you take the leg thing off there's still a protruding part which diggs right up in yore hole.

Sorry for the rant but that thing pissed me off when i had it.

Hi Thank you for purchasing a Pro Power Multi 2000 Hat or shirt rack.

Truthfully if you are in anyway strong or in anyway heavy don't buy one of these as the amount of weight supported on them generally isn't that much. Most people who get one of these either end up not using it or grow out of it pretty quickly

    Bah..

.. took this out to assemble it, and it looks like a fecking nightmare to assemble!

Might leave it til the weekend.

Only got around to assembling this last night.. jesus, it was a bit intimidating!

Must put up a scan of the assembly instructions later! :D

It's not as long as I'd like but perfectly fine. It's worth having a spare spanner / screwdriver as the ones provided are as weak as feck.
