Brilliant news coming from Holland that William O'Connor has beat Simon Whitlock 6-2 in the 2nd round. Brendan Dolan won his 1st round game and is waiting to play his 2nd round game but Mick McGowan got beat in the 1st round. John MaGowan was also beat in the 1st round.

Day 2 today has started and William O'Connor has started impressively again winning his prelim round game 6-1 against Roy Westerlaken. The big shock already is James Wade out in the 1st round beaten by Hungary's Nadoor Beezeg 6-2!
