    Hi,
I have bought a samsung tv but I am having trouble getting it to work with my UP box.
I get "Weak or no Signal" message.

Any ideas why this is? Connection through HDMI cable

    Thanks.

Are you sure you are selecting the correct source for the UPC box (ie the correct HDMI or SCART source)? I get that on my Samsung tv when I select the TV tuner in the source menu (I do not have an ariel connected).

    Hi,
I have the UPC HDMI cable connected into the HDMI2 Slot on the Samsung. That is the only cable along with the power.
I selected Source and then HDMI2 and HDMI appears in top corner with 1280 * 720 as text, but nothing appears then.

Is there something I am missing?
    Thanks.

Now and again, I have a routine I need to go through to the the UPC picture on my TV.

Have TV switched off (not standby - power off). Power down UPC box, then power it back on. Wait until the time appears on the front of the UPC box. Select a channel using remote. Then switch back on TV and switch to HDMI channel.
