I didn't realise finding someone attractive went hand in hand with being sleazy and making them feel uncomfortable...
'I mean could they get any tighter'
Yeah, charming. Translation: "Why are you feeling uncomfortable due to unwanted attention from leery blokes when you brought it on yourself by wearing tight jeans?"

I like sex and I like being harassed, but I don't like being sexually harassed.

Anyone else find it ironic that she goes on air talking about sexual harrasment with her tits not far from popping out?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 37,214 ✭✭✭✭Dudess

Not really IMO. A woman with her tits half out isn't exempt from being sexually harassed - I'm not talking about guys looking at her tits or giving her compliments in a non creepy manner btw.
    She is HOT :)

    You are NOT :(
Dude, think when you read the post rather than making an assumption and diving in with an insult.

I always find it strange how "guapa" means beautiful and "fea" means ugly. Seems like it should be the other way 'round...

A ridiculously hot women goes into a sports teams locker room and gets hooted at, standard american sports stuff no? Theres a scene like this in most US sports movies.

She's not saying its sexual harassment , some other idiots are, but if she was its the same as buying a Ferrari and going mad at anyone who looks at your car for longer than 10 seconds.

I think that analogy would be correct if it referred to her having her boobs practically out and guys merely looking at them - but she was saying she felt uncomfortable with the hooting and hollering. While I'd agree that doesn't constitute sexual harassment, if she felt uncomfortable, she felt uncomfortable, and it's a bit much to suggest she brought it on herself by dressing sexily.

Plus, she's a sports reporter, not a cheerleader like in those movies you're talking about... those movies being Debbie Does Dallas. :pac:

I stopped watching the video as soon as the guy said that I was so disgusted.

    victim blaming, pure and simple

Why aren't male journalists allowed in the locker room of female pro sports like the WNBA? Surely this is discriminatory.

When I saw the name Woody Johnson mentioned as the owner of the NY Jets, I was so sure this clip was a wind up I had to Google him. No wind up, that's really his name. Ironic yea...

This strikes me as some one trying try to dig up controversy. The reporter herself seems pretty level headed about it. She knows how to use her body and she knows there is a flip side to that there will be some jeering/cat calls.

Any Given Sunday was one of them.

Fine lets get a topless bloke with tight jeans of the equivalent sexual attractiveness of that women and have him walk into a bar on a hen night and ****ing sue any women that whistles at him.

    **** sake people.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 37,214 ✭✭✭✭Dudess

    Was something mentioned about suing?

I'd imagine it's uncomfortable for a lot of guys who get hooted at too.

Is it wrong to **** over a news report about sexual harassement?

lol @ the jealous bitter man-hate. At her whim, a woman can decide if a compliment is "creepy" based on whether she likes the guy giving it or not.
