UPC digibox slow

It is unbearable while switching channels and even worse when moving through channels on the guide section. It is ok if I use the normal box's remote on the recorder box but the normal digibox is slow no matter what remote is used. Both Tvs are ''HD'' tvs with proper new wiring and set up newly and perfectly. Any advice?…

Also the EPG is ridiculously slow; press button, wait 5 seconds for box to get its brain in gear.

Ah ye I just saw that thanks.

It seems to be fixed now - I will reset the two boxes and see if it helps.
