Driving practice circuit in Meath

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I can't really find answers on it anywhere else, but...anyway. I've heard some things about a closed practice-road circuits or something similar, somewhere in or near Navan. If there is such a thing, I need some more information on this, such as if you'd need to book places on it, how you get to it, etc. So is anyone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
