I'd advise you to stop saying confused.com, or <insert emotion>.com if you ever want a chance at getting the girl. Or guy. Big no-no.

Otherwise, just gauge her/his reaction to you, see if you can feel any vibes going on, and just go for it if it feels right. You can just go for a coffee or a drink to discuss band stuff one-on-one and see how she/he reacts. Go for it.
