    Hey,

I only came across this forum today. . . i remember looking around for an Irish Boardgames forum before (Obviously i didn't look hard enough).

Anyway, i'm setting up a small Boardgames/Dice/Playing Cards/Card Games website and would appreciate some feedback on it.

I've already posted this on the marketing forum but would appreciate feedback from some gamers as well. . . .

    The site is

I'm aware this is me plugging my own company as well so i figure this could also be taken as spam . . .

Why don't you stick a text link in your sig? That is allowed AFAIK.

You seem to have a decent-ish selection of some of the staple eurogames available. What I would suggest, if you wanted to expand what you offer, would be to offer an unbiased as possible game of the month or something along those lines.

Do up a review, lot's and lot's of photos, discuss the pros and cons of the game, playing time, number of players, what games is it like etc. And stick it up on the site with a link to purchase the game in the footer.

I know a comprehensive review would certainly be an incentive for me to buy a game I had not heard of.

    Thanks for the feedback!

Yeah i'm going to hopefully increase my range. . . i've already got my eyes on a few titles but i'm a one man band right now with limited money so i'm going to take it easy until the orders start coming in.

The site is only recently live (With a bit of back end work to go into it) but I've already got a full redesign in mind which would encompass more reviews and images.
