overweight politicians

    i was just watching 6 one news and i realised that all of the politicians featured could be classed as 'grossly obese'

    -dan boyle
    -noonan
    -rabbit

    also obese -- off the top of my head
    -harney
    -cowen
    -bertie
    -conor lenihan
    -brian lenihan
    -demspey
    -batt o'keefe
    -dick roche
    -brendan smith

    in fact the only ones i can think of that aren't overweight are
    -richard bruton
    - hanafin
    -ciaran cuffe
    -ivor callely


    is this ratio of obese politicians normal in a westernised socitey?
