I woke up this morning, and all my channels are gone, it was fine before i went to bed last night, now theres nothing, anyone else have this??

Everything gone here this evening (Dublin 24), BB, digital and analog. STB is apparently trying to install an update for the last 2 hours too. And no way to report the fault as the phones aren't answered after 10pm :-(
