Remote Record on way as part of new EPG?

    I've been hoping for this for quite a while. Is the article below relevant to Ireland? It's not date stamped and doesn't mention a location. But it reads like a Google translation from another language.
    UPC refresh EPG software. UPC EPGUPC renewed its electronic program guide with an upgrade. The upgrade is a feature to include remote record function to serve, but the application enabled to activate follow later this year. Addition shows the new program guide information for each program.
    Besides some useful features is the upgrade good for a faster program guide and menu is made transparent so that the selected program in the background, just visible. Also, based on a keyword search by a program.
    The record function still remains the most innovative in the complete upgrade. Later in the year it is possible via the Internet or a mobile phone to set the record function. If in fact this feature is not yet available, but it is certainly very useful.

    I believe it is operational at the moment in The Netherlands, I think they are trying it out there first before operating it in other countries :)
