    Hello all!

Please forgive me if this is in the wrong section. So as the title states, I came across a sealed, empty crisp packet today (Chipsticks to be specific).

Can I send it back? Will it be like the good old days where I get a big box of crisps sent back to me? :D

Box? Hungary, were you? I'm guessing you have a shop, and there were empty packets in the box you bought. Contact your supplier.

Yes they normally have to run off more than one pack when switching packaging films. Have you rang there customer care line yet?

Did the box contain the right amount of packets, I presume they are weighed before shipping, If you got the right amount of packets and 2empty packs then.... well they owe you nothing!

My brother once bought a pack of snack bars, and one of the wrappers was sealed but empty. I decided to send a real "take this piss" style letter of complaint to Cadbury's along with the wrapper - only to give them a giggle. But I nearly fainted when I (or rather my brother) got a letter of apology along with a medium-size box of Milk Tray and two large dairy milk bars!!
The little f**ker ate them and left me none!

That happened 10 years ago, I wouldn't say they're as flush now.

You find that some people get addicted to the freebies from complaining! Either there unlucky in life or narky cheap gits.

reminds me of when I was a kid, got a biscuitless club milk, sent it back to Cadburys and got half a dozen 6 packs free off them
