moved to upc questions

    Just moved today and have a couple of questions, couldnt find the answer online.

    The upc remote allows me to control the volume on the tv, but it's limited as such, it'll reach max on the bar but the tv is not that loud, is there any way to do it that I can control the volume properly with the upc remote?

    Also I see loads of threads etc online around the menus being slow, this one has been slow since this morning. is there a fix for this, or is it just something to grin and bear.

    You need to program the remote to work with the tv; what you are changing now is the volume on the UPC box, not the TV. Im not sure how to program the remote tbh, but Im sure its in the manual!

    The EPG is fightfully slow and if you find a way to fix it please do share! I think its a case of grin and bare it tho...
