Well done! thank you so much. This makes it so easy for us. I had a lovely day trip yesterday to Belfast using the previous code. I might try a day trip to Galway next. We had a great day out to Limerick 2 weeks ago. I never knew Limerick was so good - lovely book shops, restaurants/cafes, food market etc. I'll be back!

No seriously, it was a great day. You should visit. Two lovely people from Limerick showed us around. There is a real buzz about the place - plenty of lovely cafes, restaurants etc. We visited the Milk Market - foodies heaven.

Like yourself, I was a bit sceptical before I went down to Limerick. But my perception of the place has now completely changed.

Anyhow, find out for yourself & go on a train trip!

Its not working for me, any thoughts? I tried both the old one and the new one and I get that code is invalid.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!

try o21071 if that doesn't work o21072 etc.
The deal might just be finished too. Not an o2 customer though so I don't know.
    Good luck!

Have new is the new one? Make sure you use letter O instead of 0 (numeric)?

In case you need to get a bus instead. BusÉireann are offering 25% off online fares. http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055983866

Maybe that thread should be moved to BA

All routes. Try the code, and keep incrementing it - O21070, O21071, O21072 etc.

Yep, still running. I used the O21071 code this evening & it worked fine. Remember that you need to use a capital letter O for the first part of the code. The rest is all numerals.
Long may this discount last :)

Well done! I was just telling a friend about this, so will pass on the message as she's a regular train user. I got a lovely train trip to Belfast recently using this offer. I love the way it's just a secret between us boards users!

Well done O2 & Irish Rail!

Because of that ridiculous new laser charge, I actually only saved 40 cent.

    Hooray!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,593 ✭✭✭✭cson

Surely that surcharge is illegal? As far as I'm aware there's an EU Directive that makes the Airlines have one method of payment sur charge free [i.e. with Ryanair its the prepaid Mastercard] surely the same must apply to trains?
