When is this actually starting?
From ballymore to tallaght?

According to the plans, the works will begin just south of Hollywood (Deering's bend) all the way to Tallaght. Three or four possible routes have been published, but they haven't yet decided on the final one. One route goes close to Ballymore, another one between the current N81 and Ballymore. All routes go on the Naas side of Blessington.

As for when work will start... That's anybody's guess.
