Why doesn't series link for all shows/channels?

I want to record Dexter of FX but it wont give me the option for the series link!

i not 100% sure but i believe it has got to do with the channels providing infomation to upc for it

Some stations UPC do not have the rights to do this, usually depends on the channel providing this information.

I have asked UPC to try and get series link working on ITV2.
