Keep losing upc signal intermittently. Very annoying. Is the fault on their end or mine

All my channels except for the Sky Sports ones and RTE 1 have gone for some reason. I have an upgrade install happening next Friday so not sure if it's something to do with that.

Is this upgrade manual or automatic. Does it help withh reception problems?

I cant imagine that an upgrade would cause you to lose channels tbh.

OP have you contacted UPC? Has it always happened or is it a recent occurance after having normal signal?
