    p21 got em in game stop 70 euro but worth it ( i can even play with ppl sleeping in the house )

    the whole turtle beach site has been revamped since i got mine (march '10) and the px21's are new too but mine look the exact same !!!!!

    u can use em on pc for skype too ( even with out the add on)

    I'll have a peek around the shops, but theres re-furb pairs of p21s on the site for $50, could be ok.

    Get to know the maps inside out. That way you'll know where the major killzones are, where the campers are most likely to be hiding and where the snipers will be looking :)

    I've played about 4 games since my daughter was born in April and I played those last weekend. Honestly, it felt like I was picking up the controller for the first time :D Practice, practice, practice!

    just bought my px21s!!! :D

    Just looking, I'm using just a hdmi cable from ps3 to tv, do i need to go back and dig out the audio red and white cables to connect this right for game sound, or can i just stick the 3.5mm jack into the headphone socket on tv?

    Yup u do. I use hdmi for pic and scary for sound u have to change sound settings on xmb. If u have problems just pm me :)

    Scary for sound lol. I meant scart iPhone means scary

    how come the sound through the HDMI isnt enough? is it just so I dont have to keep unplugging and replugging the headphones?

    Well the ps3 recognises the turtle beach as mic and headphones via USB. And I think the best way to utilise the surround sound is from the scartlead connection and setup from the xmb I'm not an expert I just use em :)

    I don't unplug them if I wanna watch a movie etc on ps3. I just change sound settings on xmb to hdmi and then it's through the tv again

    you dont have to change the sound setting mate. you can have the sound to the headphones AND the HDMI for tv. go to sound settings, and scroll down to multi-out, and turn that option on. I have sound to tv, and to headphones there now. can just turn down the sound on tv when i dont need it.

    a little, so far sound is better, can focus on attacks a bit more, but no1 to chat to at the moment, only annoying kids playing music.

    I'll get there! still getting sucker punched some times, my melee is terrible for when i run into someone on a corridor, and my aim is atrocious, but on one or two levels I'm getting a little bit of knowledge of the maps, and finding some spots and danger areas. Even finally got to call in care packages and air strikes which was fun. and owned some folks with the sniper.

    Once you unlock Steady Aim Pro the sniping becomes a lot easier as you can hold your breath for longer, once you pull off your first quickscope (if you havent done it already) you'll be grinning :D

    add me if you wish, i am not a good player but i enjoy the game!

    I play relatively infrequently but still managed to rank up.

    you tube is your friend! best tip i got was always always be looking up! no head down running!

    Be glad to play some special ops with someone who won't be too upset with my limited skills.
