That Metropolis thing looks really good. I don't think it's expensive tbh considering that there'll be actual people working there.

I seem to have missed the whole day by being asleep. See? Sleeping is evil. Though I did fall asleep at 10am

Was that maameeo with black hair? :)

What do I need a good memory for?

I stole his memory not himself. The apostrophe makes all the difference.;)

Ok, the breakfast and shower I understand. I mean, tiredness and all that, so it's fully justifiable. But the tequila, how could you not offer tequila? Oh Em Gee! I should've brought it up. If I'd remembered. :(
    Bad kitty.

Actually...it would work out to be only 20euro yeah, student concessions:) Much more worth it considering, as you said, there will be actual people providing the music:)

But you needed some sleep...it may be evil but essential:(

Aye, that was her a good few years ago!

Good memory = ability to remember things others cannot, thus enabling you to have fun by telling them things they dont/can't or dont want to remember:pac: I get to do this alot, fun times:D

Ah it does, you win this round!

You should have reminded me...selective memory should include Tequila! Tiredness can be evil! Another time maybe...can finish it off hehe, will even buy lemons:cool:

What an evening...it rains really hard when I've to go training again in less than an hour:( It'll be alright though, getting a lift up and back tonight then straight into a shower then food, perfect:D

If you click on the seating here; https://tickets.nch.ie/online/mapSelect.asp?BOset::WSadmissions::admission::performance_id=3686230E-5F66-47E7-98A9-5FE3408EA4DF

...you can see how sold out it is

    Damn those fancy people

There are only seats left right at the front and the odd few at the sides and the sides face perpendicular to the main audience so I don't know how that would even work watching the film?

edit: lol at the smiley showing through the link :pac:

I'm here! I was actually cleaning the house! Woo go me! Being a good daughter and all ^_^

    Hello, how are you? :)
I don't actually have a job. I sorta need one though. Just saying.

    Bugs?

There's a slug that comes to my kitchen every night at around 2:30-4am. I think it's always the same one.

Sleep deprivation is full of win.

It couldn't be the same slug could it, how long do those things live.

I have a pigeon that's been in the garden for weeks now though.

Guess I'll have breakfast at a normal time :)

Slug live for quite a few years. This one has been coming to my kitchen for only the last few days (that I know of). I think it's the same one because it's got the same markings and it's always the exact same shape and size. Slightly smaller than other slugs I've encountered in my garden. So unless there's a lot of younger looking slugs in my garden and they always end up in my kitchen, it's the same slug.

Awh pigeons are so cute when they get attached to specific people or places!!

    *Adores animals*

Yeah how come you're awake so early?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,028 ✭✭✭✭--LOS--

There was a massive slug in the kitchen here one night, gone the next morning, or so I thought, I gona have nightmares now :P

It could even be months that it has been here, used to be two I think, only see one now :(

Have to be up early to do work :/
Now to actually leave the house....
    laters!

ps you're nearly at 1K, make it special :P

I think I'm the only person here who doesn't care about post count...

Met the drummer at Fibbers the last time I went with yous. They're playing at Doyles on results night, and due to a certain drummer rivalry () the bf wants to go haha The creepy bit is that I found out afterwards that they both went to the same school, which means that my ex probably knows the guy >_<
Anyway I felt like posting this.

My head feels as if someone was pouring warm melted wax on it. It'd be nice, if I didn't worry about what's causing it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,028 ✭✭✭✭--LOS--

Nah couldn't care less about it, none of mine were special.
DId you hear of them before you met him at Fibbers? That was a bit painful to listen to tbh but sure you expected that :P I did listen though! I get a bit of an addiction to melted wax, keep the candles away.

All mine are special snowflakes. I had no idea about the hot wax, good to know :pac:

Can anyone recommend a good herbal tea that you can drink at night time? I've been finding it very hard to fall asleep lately (1-2 hours tossing and turning or lying awake).

Except camomile, I find it very bland to drink.

If you have a look in your local healthfood shop. they have special nighttime blends.
I like the heath and heathers one.

The best thing I have ever found for a quick restful sleep is 50g of 5 HTP 30 mins before bed.
