Recordings Gone!! :(

    This evening when I went to watch one of my recorded programmes I discovered that they were all gone. Yesterday the DVR said it was 43% full but now its 100% full. Why has this happened ? :( please help!

    Mine are gone too on August 9th... My HD box gets slow every few days and I have to unplug it to make it run "normally" again.

    This morning it was completely frozen and I did the magical turn it off and on again and all my recordings were gone.

    I called UPC (lol) and they said to do a factory reset which would then delete all of my scheduled programs.

    I actually switched to the HD box because my old UPC box deleted my scheduled recordings every few weeks...

    In 2010 I can't believe how much nonsense we have to put up with from these boxes!!!

    *sigh* what can you do... My wife is going to be pissed when she finds out her recordings are gone...
