Just discovered Janelle Monae. Her album The ArchAndroid is meant to be brilliant - having checked out a few songs on YouTube I think I'll go ahead and buy it.
EDIT: And I just discovered that she's at Electric Picnic. Another name to add to the ever growing list of acts I must try see!

It's funny, I don't find Radiohead all that depressing at all...
Anyway, to help:
First Breath After Coma just makes me think. It can be uplifting or depressing, depending on how I feel.
