Basic Spanish mp3 files or podcasts.

Hi All I'm heading to Argentina this October but don't speak a word of Spanish. Does anybody know where you can download some basic mp3 files to listen to some basic Spanish phrases. I have tried googling but everything I find seems a bit more academic then what I am looking for. Thanks Dakan

I was looking up the same thing on the internet as i'm going away and in my spare time i wanted to study spanish, I joined my local library for free, rented any ( my local has many) of the Spanish CD's & books and converted onto my MP3 , also bought a book iswel as another reference. Was looking on the internet for a while but thought that this wasnt a bad idea!!

Thanks Bruz82, our staff library actually had a large selection of Spanish language labs. Now just have to learn it.
