hey everyone, looking for a bit of help here?

i've an 8v 1.4 (FIRE engine?) grande punto and recently my starter motor began acting up. i'd a mate of mine look at it, but he couldn't get the starter motor out to have a proper look at it to see if it was just sticking or was completely shagged. he got one bolt out, but couldn't find the other one(s). in fairness he had limited access to the car, and no torch didn't help.

there's no haynes manual available yet, so i was hoping someone familiar with changing one could describe to me exactly where all the screws are, along with anything else they reckon i should know

thanks, all help/advice is very much appreciated

Most starter motors are held by two bolts but some have three, in an
awkward place like this its a matter of feeling all the way around the starter motor.

Don't give up, Fiats make very long bolts too i've found. :)
