I've been doing the mad HDR stuff for over a year now and I think it's time to move on to something different for a bit so I'm going to shelve the surreal stuff for a while and go back to basics and see what happens. I love the mad stuff but am looking for a new challenge......... and to see what I can do without the sliders maxed out. I'm also interested to see what effect my journey into the mad zone will have on my more traditional photography. I've learnt a hell of a lot in the last year and I want to see how I can apply it in a less surreal way.

Lynn, I love this. It's got all the classic ingredients for making great photos. Shallow DoF, Engaging the camera, Motion and gesture, Light use of props to complement and not overpower the image. I love too the way you use scarfs and hats in your images to help frame the subject. Not to mention your young daughter who has obviously learned how to work the camera under your instruction.

    As usual, excellent work! :)
