I just heard this song on Monday. This guy Rhob Cunningham was playing support to Kristen Hersh in Whelans.
Excellent singer with a very entrancing song imo. I don't think it fits in well here with some of the other songs, but ah feck it, it's something i'd like to share!

I just recently discovered Joe Purdys music when I heard his song "Brand new set of wings" I cant find a link to it but this is another one of his.

I posted a song by these guys last year (Disco Biscuit Love). They've released a new EP since. Destined for popularity in their homeland of Australia but I'd like to think they'll be a bit more far-reaching.

They were announced for Electric Picnic yesterday. Never heard of them before but they are very good.
They sound like a mix between Animal Collective & Arcade Fire.
