    i have put down product design and technology (lvl 8) in UL as my no.1 choice.
    points requirments for 2009 was 340 points. what is the chance of the point requirements going up again for this year. please help me

    they probably will. a lot of people are going back to college if they are out of work.. i did a PLC course last year and they said more people than ever are applying now
