This might never happen but feck it, anyone interested in a CoD board meetup/beers night? most of the other threads on this site seem to get one arranged every now and then so why not here too? These things usually happen in Dublin so if thats where peoples preferred meeting point is I'd make the trip up from Limerick, as long as it doesnt descend into a drunken nights arguing of the merits of camping and various other strategies :pac:

My username hints to my age. Though I might subscribe and change it to Leeg18 on the 28th ;)

Dunno how my parents would react...

Me : "Mam I'm going to a boards beer in Dublin cya Monday"
    Mam : "What's a boards?"
Me : "It doesn't matter, bye!"

To be honest I doubt I'd be able. Great idea though. Maybe if there was a second one it could be one not so centralised to Dublin? Just a thought.

I concur, the fuel to get to Dublin alone is astronomical, unless you want to car pool x43ro?

Why does it have to be Dublin? We could have it right in the middle of the country, and if that ends up being some village, then we put our domanation skills to good use and take it over;)
Seriously though it is a pretty good idea, would be great to organise

Will this beers be Xbox specific or a joint Xbox/PS3 venture?

Because I know I dont go into any of those "weird" Xbox marked threads, those guys are weird :D

    Joking :pac:

We may have to seperate the two groups to begin with, the arguments over which console is better would obviously start. Maybe some Ices-Breakers might help ;)

Just as long as the PC gamers aren't invited, I'm happy :pac:

My word, this forum has changed. It used to be that the console players were the ones that were getting bashed all the time, now it's PC bashing!!!

Enough of that, focus on the beer :)
