PSX 2 and VCD

    Sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere.

    Can Playstation 2 play homemade VCD's?

    Short answer is not 'properally' if the ps2 is not chipped.

    Long answer is search for my thread when i asked for this same thing, i got some decent responces, i have no doubt they'll help you. (i asked about 2 months ago afaik)

    All i got out of it was chip your ps2 or be able to burn 20min long vcd's (less than 20min i think actually because of the format they need to be in for the ps2 to play them).

    Cheers megasheep, was going to burn a VCD for a friend but he aint got his PSX2 chipped.
