Help - UPC STB frozen

    At about 3.10 this afternoon my big grey UPC STB froze, the centre green light switched to the left green light only.

    I have tried rebooting, unplugged etc to no avail

    Can't get a response from UPC - any suggestions?

    Back in business - left the STB unplugged over night - took a long while to reboot but at least it is now working.

    For some reason the STB seemed to lock in to a standby mode ? - anyone have any ideas - is the STB on its last legs?? (have it 7 yrs)
